Carrie Underwood’s millions of followers want to keep up with her, and they’re doing it on Instagram. On social media, the country artist is known for posting fitness-related updates. She recently did just that when she shared a short film of her gym routine on Instagram. Since then, the video has received millions of views.
Underwood’s TikTok video, which she re-posted as an Instagram reel, has been viewed over 4,300,000 times. It has also received approximately 350,000 likes and counting. Underwood is shown in the video performing a workout challenge in which she executes a range of fast moves while in a plank position, which was released on Oct. 28. “Fun times after a fit52…” she captioned the video. “(hashtag)RockTheBoatChallenge,” “(hashtag)alreadysweaty,” and “(hashtag)WhyDidntISmile,” the singer wrote beside a few hashtags. When she appeared on the Today Show to promote her new book, Underwood revealed that her love of exercise inspired her to create Find Your Path. Prior to the release of her book and app, the 38-year-old was already extensively involved in the fitness sector, since she has had a thriving clothing label, CALIA, for years. “I’ve been falling more and more in love with it [exercise]over the last 15 years really,” she said. “People would say, ‘You should write a book,’ because I really love health and fitness, and I geek out over articles and trends and things like that, so we went for it just to see how it would turn out,” the “Before He Cheats” singer explained.
