Battlefield 2042 servers are down: EA has issued an update on the situation as fans struggle to connect.

The servers for BATTLEFIELD 2042 are momentarily unavailable for certain players today as the new shooter enters its early access phase.

Gamers have grown accustomed to it, so it will come as little surprise to many that Battlefield 2042 servers are temporarily unavailable today for some.

Early access to the latest Battlefield game began on November 12 for individuals who own a Gold version of the game or have an EA Play subscription.

And, with all platforms now operational, there was always the risk of a few server glitches during the first week.

The good news is that EA is aware of the issues and is working hard to resolve them as quickly as possible.

It’s also worth noting that, despite the thousands of claims, it doesn’t appear that Battlefield servers are down for everyone.

As a result, some players may be able to connect to the game tonight, while others may have trouble doing so.

It’s uncertain how long the troubles will remain, but there’s a significant probability of sporadic issues over the weekend as the game servers deal with increased traffic.

“We’re aware that many of you are seeing an error message while attempting to load onto a Server, and then being returned to the Main Menu,” according to EA’s newest update on today’s Battlefield server troubles. “Unable to Load Persistence Data is a connection issue on our side.” For the time being, you can hit Retry and try to join a server.” MFL…
