Andrea Bocelli and his daughter Virginia Bocelli battled the rain at the Teatro Del Silenzio concerts this week, singing Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah.

Andrea Bocelli performs at the Teatro Del Silenzio in Tuscany, Italy, every July, while the amphitheatre stays silent the rest of the year. This year, the famed Italian tenor performed several spectacular concerts with an orchestra, dancers, and other vocalists such as sopranos Clara Barbier Serrano and Francesca Maionchi. However, due to weather, the musicians were forced to leave one of the events, but Bocelli remained on stage to sing for his fans.

To sing The Beatles’ Yesterday, Bocelli sat on a stool with an acoustic guitar.

While the 62-year-old was joined on stage by his 9-year-old daughter Virginia Bocelli to sing a duet of Hallelujah, he shared a moment of “wonder in the rain.”

Since last Christmas, the duo has been performing live renditions of Leonard Cohen’s song in locations all around the world, from the United States to Saudi Arabia.

Despite the inclement weather, Bocelli delivered a stunning performance that wowed the audience.

The orchestra remained off stage during Bocelli’s performance of Nessun Dorma owing to the rain, according to Teatro del Silenzio (@teatro del silenzio).

The 62-year-old, on the other hand, continued to sing, and Virginia eventually joined her father on stage to hold his hand alongside the other performers.

Meanwhile, the Italian tenor has revealed a 10-year anniversary version of his One Night In Central Park album, which includes new songs including O Sole Mio.

On September 15, 2011, he recorded the live CD at a special show in New York.

Andrea Bocelli (@andreabocelliofficial) reminisced in a post: “That was a significant milestone in my career.” One of its most awe-inspiring and emotionally draining moments.

“A massive production that took 16 months to complete, as well as a bold and ambitious artistic endeavor.

“A concert that became my first entirely live CD, with every note being.”Brinkwire Summary News”.
