GORKA MARQUEZ has apologized to Katie McGlynn for leaving Strictly Come Dancing early after their weekend dance-off with Judi Love and Graziano Di Prima.
On Saturday night, Gorka Marquez, 31, and Katie McGlynn, 28, of Strictly Come Dancing, did an American Smooth to Dr John’s version of Cruella De Vil as part of a movie themed week. Despite their best efforts, head judge Shirley Ballas chose to save Judi and Graziano after the judges were split.
Following their elimination, the professional dancer felt compelled to apologize to the actress for failing to advance her in the competition.
He responded on her Instagram post: “I’m extremely proud of you and your accomplishments! It’s been a pleasure working with you.
“Thank you for the laughter and jokes over the past three weeks.
