As his child pornography trial approaches, Josh Duggar’s detractors ‘demand he go to PRISON.’
Critics of Josh Duggar have “demanded that the reality star go to prison” as his child pornography trial approaches.
Josh, 33, has been practicing for his next trial, which is set for November 30th.
He’ll appear in court on child pornography allegations stemming from his arrest in April.
If found guilty, he faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to (dollar)250,000 per count.
Jim Bob Duggar, 56, and Michelle Duggar, 55,’s oldest son, has pled not guilty to the accusations.
Josh and his wife Anna, 33, were recently seen walking hand in hand into the courts in a video from local TV station KNWA.
Judge Timothy L. Brooks reviewed a “walkthrough of elements and components of the trial” in Josh’s forthcoming case during the meeting, according to the outlet.
Before jury selection for the trial, the Arkansas judge determined that an evidentiary hearing should be held first.

Reddit users have already petitioned for the Counting On alum to be found guilty and get his prison sentence as they began counting down to his court date, with the section page declaring “11 days to go.”
As one Reddit user put it: “Unfortunately, his trial will not be shown on television, but having witnessed another trial in which a former, god, I despise the phrase “reality star” was found guilty, I am optimistic.
“I wish I could see that, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to. Instead, I’ll have to read the local newspaper’s reports online.” “The only time I’ve ever been delighted to see Pest’s smug smile has been these 12 days of “pest gets the slammer” Christmas!” wrote another Reddit member. A third Redditor made the following observation: “The trial includes jury selection. The trial has been tentatively “scheduled” to last until December 3rd.
“Because this isn’t a difficult case, the trial will only last a few days.”
“In only 11 days, the actual world will start impacting Joshie’s psychic,” a fourth person remarked.
“I wish he got 711 years,” one observer said.
The prosecution recently cited Josh’s father as one of its possible witnesses at a pre-trial hearing in federal court.
Jim Bob’s alleged participation on the witness stand could cast a pall over his campaign for Arkansas State Senate.
According to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, he launched his campaign for the Arkansas State Senate District 7 position last month.
