Anne-Marie: During her greatest attacks of anxiety, the Voice judge “couldn’t even open the door.”

ANNE-MARIE addressed her latest book and opened up about her life now.

Anne-Marie, 30, a pop diva, spoke candidly about her job in a new interview published earlier today. The Voice coach talked about her new book, You Deserve Better: An Imperfect Guide to Finding Your Happiness, and shared some personal stories.

Anne-Marie was a guest on BBC Radio 5Live earlier today, where she discussed her anxiousness.

Nihal Arthanayake told Nihal Arthanayake about a time when she couldn’t leave the house or even open the door.

“I couldn’t leave the house to go shopping for food, so I’d order takeout,” she explained.

“So I decided to order takeout and have it delivered to me instead of leaving the house.

“And then they’d arrive at the door, and I wouldn’t be able to answer it.

“I don’t think I’d even answer the door; instead, I’d probably send a message to the app, asking if it could be left outside the front door.”

“It was dreadful, it was horrible,” the singer added.

At the end of this month, the pop star will release a new book in which she will reveal details about her personal life.

The memoir is paired with a self-help book in which the star gives readers advice.

Anne-Marie also stated that counseling has been quite beneficial to her throughout her path.

In another conversation with Nihal, the actress revealed that she was bullied as a child.

She explained how her parents were unaware at the time, and she used this to fuel her terrible behavior.

“Even now, after reading the book, my parents message me and say, ‘I wish I’d noticed,'” she stated.

“That saddens me because I don’t want them to believe they’re awful parents.”

Anne-Marie was a guest on Ken Bruce’s show last weekend, where she talked about her album “Tracks of My Years.”

“I don’t try to put on artificial happiness,” she remarked of her upcoming book to the radio presenter.

“I want the truth to be known.

“It took me far too long to get to a point where I loved myself and felt comfortable going out into the world.

“I’ve attempted to put it in a book because I don’t want people to waste as many years as I did being anxious.”
