After TVA appeared in the Marvel reality, Captain America was rumored to be dead.

The director of Loki has revealed that CAPTAIN AMERICA was “probably” pruned after the events of Avengers Endgame, implying that his last-minute romance with Peggy Carter ended a lot differently than expected.

Captain America (Chris Evans) traveled back in time at the end of Avengers: Endgame to return the Infinity Stones to their proper timelines. He did not, however, return to his own timeframe when he was finished. Instead, the romantic returned to his first love, Peggy Carter, in the 1940s (Hayley Atwell). After decades apart, the couple finally danced in the last seconds of the moving story. The Time Variance Authority may have put an end to this moment in an unceremonious manner (TVA).

The TVA were seen “pruning” versions around the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s ever-expanding history during the Disney Plus episode Loki.

This technique required shocking versions with a one-of-a-kind taser, which sent them to a dying dimension.

Kate Herron, the show’s director, was recently asked about what happened to Steve Rogers and Carter after the events of Endgame, given that they were both alternate timelines.

“So!” she exclaimed, laughing. I’ve been thinking about it, and I’m absolutely [overjoyed]… People will be irritated since it isn’t a clear answer, but I can only respond as a fan, right?”

“My theory is that it boils down to whether you’re an optimist or a pessimist,” Herron continued. If you’re an optimist, you might think it was fine for them to live that way, and that the branch wasn’t so terrible that it didn’t need to be clipped, allowing them to stay together.

“It depends on how people fall on that side of things,” the director continued, “because in my head I guess it would be… Isn’t it true that branches must be clipped and then maintained? But it is debatable.”

“If it’s alternate, it would indicate that it’s running alongside.” Brinkwire Summary News,” the Loki mastermind remarked pessimistically.
