After the ‘flirty’ Saturday Kitchen guests, Matt Tebbutt admits he was red-faced.

When hosting his BBC cooking show Saturday Kitchen, MATT TEBBUTT has admitted that he is frequently left red-faced by “flirty” guests.

Matt Tebbutt is a British chef and television presenter best known for his BBC cooking show Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped.

Previously, the TV chef and his wife, Lisa, owned and operated a restaurant before deciding to pursue a career in television. Every week, the 48-year-old hosts a variety of celebrities on his show.

The chef has previously hosted BBC Breakfast host Naga Munchetty, singer Ronan Keating, and Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas.

Each week, he also invites a number of chefs to the show to cook a dish for the guests.

However, in an exclusive interview with This website, Matt admitted that some of his celebrity guests make him feel embarrassed.

“I mean, the only time I get caught blushing is when someone flirts with me,” Matt began.

“But then I don’t know where to look,” the chef continued.

I’m a pathetic person like that.

“Everyone on the show has been fantastic.

You’re probably aware that some people are more amusing than others.

“Some people you think are going to be incredible turn out to be a little more scripted.”

“It’s the people who are self-assured, naturally funny, naturally warm, and just at ease.”

Despite having the “best job in the world,” Matt admitted that some of his guests made him nervous.

“So each day you meet someone really funny, interesting, musical, or just massively creative in some way,” he explained.

“It’s the best job in the world,” says the narrator.

And you know what? A little bit of pressure is all it takes to get you to step up your game.”

“I mean, I’m quite happy to see who turns out,” Matt said of the diverse range of guests he’s had on the cooking floor thus far.

“We’ve had a lot of great people,” he said.

“I had hoped Gary Barlow would appear on the show, and he did.

“And he was a total joy to be around, and we’ve kept in touch ever since.”

“There are some people who always make you nervous because you never know what they’re going to say next.”

“So that’s always entertaining and adds to it.”
