After bidding farewell to the Death in Paradise set, Ralf Little dismisses ‘horrible’ UK life.

After a stint filming on the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe ended with a chilly Christmas comedown in the UK, RALF LITTLE has blasted the country he grew up in as “horrible.”

Ralf Little, star of Death in Paradise, relished the opportunity to work on location in Guadeloupe, but perhaps a little too much so, as he was reluctant to return home.

After braving bitterly cold weather on British soil recently, he expressed his disappointment.

I hate to say it, but I’m done with [the United Kingdom].

Ralf Little is a writer who lives in the United Kingdom.

Ralf was clearly not in the mood to replace Christmas trees with palm trees in the face of rapidly dwindling temperatures.

“It’s horrible!” he exclaimed after returning home for the holidays to see his family.

“I’m sorry to say it, but I’m done.”

Carols and turkey roast dinners did little to lift Ralf’s spirits in the UK, so he reminisced about his time working in the sun.

“I grew up in the cold, wet, and drizzle because I’m from Manchester,” he admitted.

“After two days, I was like, ‘This sucks.'”

“I haven’t had a cold day in 18 months!”

“As I flew into Heathrow, I looked out the window and all I could see was thick cloud stretching out across the horizon,” he told the Mirror of his winter ordeal.

Ralf understandably has a passion for the paradise island’s climate, despite his comments being partially in jest.

In January, the average temperature in Guadeloupe is a scorching 29°C, a far cry from the UK’s seven°C.

Ralf consoled himself with memories of his time filming, despite suddenly losing three quarters of the heat level he’d become accustomed to.

“Not just in terms of location, because Guadeloupe is wonderful,” he added, calling his acting work on Death In Paradise the “best job on TV.”

The show, on the other hand, has become somewhat iconic.”

The 41-year-old jetsetter has also been flying back and forth to his fiancee Lindsey Ferrentino’s home in sunny Florida.

They recently adopted rescue dogs from Guadeloupe and sent them to her family.

Unfortunately, one of the puppies died in a car accident last month, which Ralf shared on Instagram while fighting back tears.

Suzie, the dog, had evolved.

“News from the Brinkwire.”

I hate to say this, but I’m over [the UK]
