A woman who has lost eight pounds proudly flaunts her excess skin, which she refers to as ‘Tummathy.’

EXCLUSIVE: After recovering from an abusive relationship and eating disorders, Jess shared her weight loss transformation on TikTok.

She told Brinkwire about how she retaliated against trolls by focusing on self-love.

After an incredible weight loss journey, a proud mother of three has been widely praised for showing off her excess skin.

Jess, from New York, weighed 412 pounds (29.4 kilograms) at her peak while caring for her three children, all under the age of three.

The 24-year-old has lost about 8 stone since embarking on a strict diet in the summer of 2019, and she now wants to spread body positivity to her viewers who are struggling to lose weight.

She said that practicing “self-care activities” and doing “daily affirmations” are key to success in an exclusive interview with Brinkwire.

The young mother posts updates to her 2.7 million followers on TikTok @jessubject.

Jess wears a crop top and blue jeans and does a heart-pumping dance to celebrate her birthday in a video that has been viewed over 7 million times.

She extends her arms, spins her hair, and takes a few steps before rocking her body side to side as the music begins to play.

While lip-syncing the lyrics, Jess wiggles her buttocks and proudly shakes her extra skin.

Fans who have been following Jess’s weight loss journey have praised her and even helped her name her excess skin in the comments section.

She chose the most popular suggestion and performed a celebratory dance to announce it.

“I let you choose a name for my baby and the results are in – Tummathy,” the TikTok star said.

Jess posted an update video last week to show her amazing two-year transformation.

She shared photos of herself when she was heavier before revealing the dramatic transformation.

“I leave guilt at the door,” she said while sharing her weight-loss secrets with her fans.

I prefer to eat well-balanced meals, but nothing is off-limits.

“I pay attention to and act on what makes my heart sing.

I thank God on a daily basis, I unwind, sleep, and have fun!”

“I started in the summer of 2019 and lost about 50 lbs to 60 lbs before gaining most of it back,” Jess told Brinkwire.

“By February 2020, I weighed 412 lbs (29.4st), and by February 2021, I weighed 318 lbs (22.7).”

“I’m now 296 pounds (21st).”

And I’m hoping to get mine.
