A fake pop group based on ABBA. This autumn, Björn Again will perform a series of spectacular ship shows.
Fans of ABBA should mark their calendars for a new cruise arriving this September, as spoof pop trio Björn Again will be joining the outstanding entertainment lineup. The play, which was created in 1988 by Australian director and musician Rod Stephen, is a rocked-up light-hearted satirical ABBA spoof that has garnered worldwide cult status.
In fact, ABBA’s blonde vocalist Agnetha Fältskog has acknowledged it, and it’s widely credited with the band’s resurgence, which resulted in hits like Muriel’s Wedding and Mamma Mia! Imagine Cruising’s new Ultimate Cunard Canaries Sailcation, a 14-night cruise onboard Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth with an itinerary encompassing Funchal, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Cadiz, and Lisbon, will include the quartet as part of an enticing line-up.
Passengers can expect performances from West End star Michael Ball, an interview with beloved TV presenter Eamonn Holmes, and songs from Britain’s Got Talent vocalist Paul Potts, among other special appearances.
Luxury cabins, a luxuriant spa with ocean-inspired treatments, swimming pools, boutiques, and restaurants serving everything from gourmet cuisine to classic pub fare, as well as a delightful afternoon tea, will be among the other attractions.
Do you want to be a part of it?
The cruise will depart Southampton on October 18, 2021, for a roundtrip. Cabins start at £1,299 per person, with additional information and booking available at imaginecruising.co.uk/expresscruise.
