On Monday, October 18th, ‘Injustice’ was published on Video on Demand in the United States. The film is available for $39.99 as part of a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Package. A Blu-ray copy will set you back $22.99, while a digital Prime Video copy will set you back $19.99.

What is the plot of the DC animated film?

The film is set in a world where the Joker (Kevin Pollak) has fooled Superman (Justin Hartley) into killing Lois Lane. It is based on the video game ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’ and the graphic novel ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us: Year One’ (Laura Bailey). As a result, the world devolves into anarchy, prompting the Man of Steel to embark on a perilous quest to reclaim authority in his own unique way.

Batman (Anson Mount) must put together a team of heroes to stop the Kryptonian and preserve the planet. ‘On an other Earth, the Joker tricks Superman into killing Lois Lane, sending the hero on a road of devastation,’ according to the official synopsis.
