WES Nelson has suffered an injury just a day before the Dancing on Ice final.
The Love Island hunk has injured his wrist during training just a day before the Dancing on Ice 2019 final.
Wes Nelson, 20, has been seen and treated by the show physio after being told he had popped a small bone out of his wrist.
In official Dancing on Ice pictures, Megan Barton Hanson’s ex is seen grabbing his wrist while training with skating partner Vanessa Bauer, 22.
Wes or Vanessa have yet to address the injury on their social media pages.
“I’ve never trained so hard, my body is in bits”
He did tell fans that his body was “in bits” in his latest Instagram post though.
Captioning a video which saw him taking to the ice, Wes told his 1.6 million followers: “It’s final week baby.
“I’ve never trained so hard my body is in bits, but hopefully the hard work pays off and we smash the performance this Sunday!”
Meanwhile, Vanessa shared a photo of the pair hugging today, writing: “Our very last training session together yesterday.
“We have spent a lot of time on this rink over the past few weeks and it’s weird to know there is no more need to teach anymore at this point!
“I’m so proud of our journey and his progress. Come on now, We are READY for the finals!”
Wes faces former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan in the final, as well as X Factor star Saara Aalto.
James is currently favourite to win, according to bookmakers Betway at 2/5.
He is ahead of Wes (7/4) and Saara, who is the outsider at 25/1.
The Dancing on Ice final airs on ITV on Sunday at 6pm.
