A TEENAGER has been stabbed in Westminster in yet another horror UK knife attack.
Cops swooped on Edgware Road yesterday evening after reports of the attack.
A man, 18, was found with stab wounds.
Met Police said in a statement: “Officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended.
“A man, believed to be 18 years old, was found with stab injuries.
“He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
“No arrests. Enquiries continue”
“His injuries have been assessed as non life-threatening.
“A section 60 has been authorised until 03.00hrs for the whole of Hammersmith and Fulham and certain areas of Westminster.
“No arrests. Enquiries continue.”
It follows a wretched spate of stabbings that have swept the UK in a national epidemic.
In three men were stabbed at a Birmingham nightclub in the early hours of this morning.
It happened only yards from where Home Secretary Sajid Javid had visited had a fact finding tour on knife crime and locals told him of their concern.
Before that, Jodie Chesney, 17, was knifed to death in London.
Manuel Petrovic, 20, of Highfield Road, Romford, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the incident and appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court today.
And a boy, 15, died after being stabbed in Fulham this week.
A boy, 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with murder.
