One person was taken to a hospital for minor injuries after a semi-truck overturned in a collision on Interstate 17 southbound at Jomax Road on Monday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The two-vehicle collision occurred just after 9 a.m. in north Phoenix.
Freeway cameras showed the tipped-over semitrailer lying on an embankment next to southbound lanes. Silver-colored kegs that were being carried in the trailer had ripped through the roof and spilled onto the embankment.
DPS Trooper Quentin Mehr said all freeway lanes were clear.
There was no word if the kegs were empty or full.
