Residents wake to flooding as Typhoon Mangkhut passes Guam

Residents in Guam woke to flooding, strewn debris and downed power poles after Typhoon Mangkhut passed the island.

Officals warned people not to go out onto the roads due to debris, loose power lines and other hazards.

Our correspondent Mark Rabago, who’s based in neighbouring Northern Marianas, told Sally Round there was also damage on the CNMI’s southernmost island of Rota.
