Pardee Homes has opened four new developments with hundreds of homes in Pacific Highlands Ranch, including one neighborhood inspired by the classic architecture of San Diego’s Irving Gill.
“Given the rising demand for housing in San Diego, we are thrilled to introduce these long-planned neighborhoods to Pacific Highlands Ranch,” said Jimmy Ayala, division president of Pardee Homes San Diego. “Carmel, Sendero, Terraza and Vista Del Mar were designed to provide buyers homes with unmatched luxury and revolutionary technology.”
The four new neighborhoods are designed to be eco-friendly and feature floor plans ranging from just under 3,000 square feet to nearly 5,000.
The Irving Gill-inspired architectures is in Vista Del Mar, which features larger homes with 4 to 7 bedrooms and 4.5 to over 6 bathrooms.
Gill, who was active from the 1890s to the 1930s, is considered a pioneer of the modern movement in architecture. Many of the homes and public buildings he designed are still standing in San Diego.
Pacific Highlands Ranch is a master-planned community off Route 56 in the Carmel Valley area.
