Man Utd backed to finish THREE transfers this summer season: Solskjaer key on Actual Madrid deal

MANCHESTER UNITED have been backed to complete three signings this summer with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer key to one of them.

United have looked a completely different team since the arrival of Solskajer.

The Norweigan has overseen an utter transformation from a squad that was struggling to beat the likes of Brighton and West Ham to a formidable outfit.

Under Solskjaer, the Red Devils are unbeaten in the Premier League and knocked the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal out of the FA Cup.

And most recently, the club legend has made himself the clear favourite to scoop the full-time job after mounting an incredible comeback victory against Paris St-Germain to progress through to the next round of the Champions League.

United beat PSG 3-1 at the Parc des Princes and fans are refusing to rule out finishing the season with a trophy after an abysmal few months under Jose Mourinho.

Solskjaer is now odds-on to become the permanent manager at Old Trafford and could be given the reins in the transfer market.

And former United star Andrei Kanchelskis has told the Norweigan to make three top signings.

Borussia Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho, Crystal Palace wonderkid Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale have all been touted to make the move to the Theatre of Dreams.

Bale, in particular, has had a nightmare season at the Bernabeu – crashing out of the Champions League thanks to Ajax and has been booed by his own fans.

And Kanchelkis has backed the Welshman to reignite his career at United.

He told Bwin: “There’s no denying Real Madrid are under-performing at the moment and it doesn’t matter who you are, no player would enjoy that.

“I do believe Bale would reignite his career if he came to Man Utd. I believe Bale needs to be loved and that’s exactly what the Utd fans and Solskjaer would do for him.

“If Bale were to leave Real Madrid, Man Utd have a great advantage in the fact they are one of the only clubs that could afford his wages.

“With a few players contracts expiring in the summer, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was something the board were thinking about and why they may not be renewing some.

“I think Sancho would be a great signing for United. He’s young and English which is the perfect mould for Man Utd.

“Wan-Bissaka would be an excellent signing. Man Utd need someone with experience in England and Wan-Bissaka has proven he is more than capable of handling the Premier League at Crystal Palace.

“There is going to be a lot of clubs trying to sign the full-back so Man Utd are going to have to act fast if they’re to secure him.”
