A PARAGLIDER was punched by a kangaroo seconds after landing – and his reaction was hilarious.
Jonathon Bishop, 35, filmed himself enjoying his picturesque descent at the Orroral Valley Space Tracking Station in Australia.
It looked to be the perfect landing – until one unwelcome guest showed up.
The footage shows an aggressive kangaroo charging at Jonathon just as he touches down.
“What’s up, Skip?” he asks before quickly realising the creature isn’t looking for a friendly encounter.
It then flings punches at him, causing the cameraman to scream: “Hey, f*** off.
“Ahh, f*** off, go away.”
In the video description, Mr Bishop wrote: “I had been paragliding cross country for two hours near Canberra and had reached a position where I had to land.
“I was concentrating on the landing and didn’t notice the kangaroo until after I landed.
“As it ran towards me I thought it was being friendly so I said, ‘What’s up, Skip?’
“It then attacked me twice before hopping away.”
Thankfully, the paraglider managed to escape without any serious injuries and walked away with just a scratch on his arm.
It is not the first time kangaroos have come into contact with humans in Australia.
A video went viral in 2017 of a brave man punching one of the creatures after it attacked his dog.
