ELLIE Young is well known for her party girl ways, but could she channel them on the Strictly dance floor?
Many stars have come and gone from Big Brother, creating some showbiz household names such as Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, who has transformed into a major TV personality, appearing on a whole host of reality TV shows.
But what has happened to some of the other contestants who sought fame by being catapulted into the limelight from the reality TV series?
Ellie Young, who appeared on the 2017 series, made a name for herself cosying up to the likes of Lotan Carter, Kieran Lee and Tom Barber, as well as her boozy antics, which received scorn from show producers.
Sadly the sexy Yorkshire lass has regrets about what could have been after she was axed from her much-loved former show Ibiza Weekender because of her Big Bro stint.
However, the 25-year-old has not left showbiz completely behind, telling all to Daily Star Online in an exclusive interview about what she has lined up next.
Speaking out about her BB regret, the bubbly gal shared: “It was just too intense for me and obviously I am gutted that I don’t do Weekender any more.
“If I hadn’t done Big Brother then I would still be on Weekender.”
Continuing, Ellie explained: “So its on at the minute and I am watching it thinking why?”
Talking about being axed from the show, she said: “It was my own fault, it is all to do with contacts but I was annoyed with myself for not telling Weekender, but at the time when you get told you are going on Big Brother, obviously they told me not to tell anyone.”
Despited being barred from joining her bestie David Potts back on the show, Miss Young returned to her much-loved repping in Magaluf after her split from Sam Chaloner.
“I had nothing on here at home”, she declared.
However, the bombshell is now ditching her summers in Magaluf for a more sizzling adventure.
Revealing all about her next plans, she said: “I am trying to use my degree now to push presenting.
“I had a demo with… I can’t say what radio station, but I was at a radio station local to me two weeks ago doing a demo and they asked me back in.”
Excited, she quipped: “If there is chemistry between me and the other radio presenter then I will get a slot there. Yeah, I am really looking forward to that.”
Looking forward to her positive future, Ellie teased about other potential shows: “I would love to present shows where I can be myself, I would love to present like on the panel of Celebrity Juice, because they get to be a bit rude.
“I would love to do Love Island, but I think now because I am a jealous person, watching me on television everyday, I think I might end up ruining my chances as a presenter”, Ellie shared.
Continuing, the Insta vixen explained: “I’m A Celeb, I’d love to do Strictly, but I couldn’t do Dancing On Ice because I can’t skate, but I used to do ballroom dancing when I was younger so I would love to do that.”
