China donates school bags to educational institutions in Lebanon

BEIRUT, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) — Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon Wang Kejian on Tuesday visited Hassan Kassir High School in Beirut and donated school bags and stationary to Amal educational institutions at the beginning of the academic year.

“Our small donation today is an expression of our appreciation for Amal educational institutions and the educational services it provides to the Lebanese,” said Wang.

The ambassador added that China and Lebanon have had friendly relations since a long time ago and the two countries have continuously supported each other.

Wang also noted that the Chinese embassy has offered in the past years a lot of help to Lebanese students through Lebanon’s Ministry of Education and High Education.
