CHELSEA TEAM NEWS: Starsport brings you the predicted starting line-up for Chelsea’s Europa League fixture against Dynamo Kiev.
Maurizio Sarri is considering making changes to his Chelsea team for the Europa League last-16 clash against Dynamo Kiev due to squad fatigue.
The Blues host the Ukrainian outfit in the first leg on Thursday night but Sarri has concerns over tiredness in his ranks.
“We have no injury,” the Chelsea head coach said. “Of course we have some players tired because the last week was very hard for us.
“We need to consider the situation and to rest some players, I think.”
Chelsea fans will be hoping Callum Hudson-Odoi benefits from the planned rotation but Sarri was coy when asked about the rising star.
“Callum is always in my mind, I don’t know if tomorrow he will be on the pitch,” the Italian said.
“I think you have to put less pressure on the young English player as they have to improve.
“I have not seen a player of 18 at the top, Callum the same as others needs to improve.
“It is very important that, and then he will be able to be at the top when he is 22 or 23.
“You put too much pressure on the English young players.”
Willy Caballero could return between the sticks, despite Kepa Arrizabalaga impressing against Fulham, while David Luiz is likely to return in defence.
Chelsea predicted team: Caballero, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Christensen, Emerson, Kovacic, Kante, Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, Higuain, Willian
