– The Zottman Curl. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
– Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing up, and without moving your upper arms, curl the weights toward your shoulders with control.
– At the top of the curl, turn your wrists inward so your palms face forward. Lower arms in that position.
– At the bottom of the move, rotate wrists back to the starting position. Repeat 12 times for three sets.
