Bird and Co Creative completes new Formula 1 tickets website

Bird and Co Creative has announced the launch of a new Formula 1 tickets website, created by the web development company.

With the new Formula 1 season about to start, Bird and Co Creative has launched the dedicated website for buying Formula 1 tickets and getting up-to-date information on all the Formula 1 races.

The dedicated website will also provide customers with information on hotels and hospitality venues in the surrounding areas of the race courses, which customers may need if they are travelling a great distance to watch the Formula 1. This allows customers to plan their entire trip from the one website.

The site also sells tickets for car parking and camping at some of the venues ensuring that customers can purchase all the tickets they will need to enjoy the Formula 1 race of their choice.

The new ecommerce enabled website has been built with ease of use in mind, meaning customers will be able to book tickets and plan accommodation very easily.

The redeveloped website is an integral tool for acquiring new leads for FosterTalk, with the company experiencing significant growth in the last year. Bird and Co Creative, the graphic design specialist, has announced the launch of a re-designed website for Jonjo O'Neill, a successful trainer and former champion jockey who is widely regarded as one of the most prominent figures in the horseracing industry.

The site has been re-designed by Bird and Co to showcase the big race wins Jonjo O’Neill Racing has enjoyed from its Jackdaws Castle training facility. These successes include winners at last season's Cheltenham Festival and Aintree Grand National Meeting, the latter being won by 'Don't Push It', a horse trained by Jonjo.

The site also offers demonstrations of the facilities available at Jackdaws Castle which are generally regarded as the best National Hunt training facilities in the UK. New owners that want to have their horses trained by some of the best staff in the industry can find all the information they would require on the newly re-designed site.

A Bird and Co website, 360 Diversity, has helped Core Assets Group win the EFA and EFB Best Small Organisation award.

The Employers Forum on Age (EFA) and Employers Forum on Belief (EFB) Awards were established to reward companies that have been prominent in tackling workplace discrimination against age and religion or belief.

The award was open to all employers who have shown innovative ways to overturn outdated work practices and have strongly tackled prejudice.

Launched in 2009, 360 Diversity is a solution that enables companies to show their commitment to diversity, exceed targets set out in legislation and to encourage communication. The site also provides news, events and internal policies. It is split up into six sections, each covering one of the main strands of diversity: age, disability, ethnicity, gender, religion and sexual orientation.

Bird and Co created a comprehensive CMS web design for the website that integrates with the company’s intranet, active directory infrastructure and the company’s whole computer network.

Nick Downton, web services manager for Bird and Co, said: "Working with Core Assets on the 360 Diversity project has been an enjoyable experience.
