Alexis Sanchez is poised to snub Jose Mourinho and push for a move to Manchester City.
Mourinho’s Manchester United made a sensational attempt to land the Arsenal forward as they tabled a £25m bid to Arsenal on Thursday.
United reportedly told Arsenal they were even prepared to include Henrikh Mkhitaryan in any deal for Sanchez while they were willing to offer the Chilean a huge pay packet.

But Mourinho is set for disappointment over his bid to land the 29-year-old.
According to The Sun, Sanchez has his heart set on a move to City to link up with his former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola and is not willing to consider a switch to Old Trafford.
City had been hoping to land Sanchez in the summer, when he will be available on a free transfer.
But Guardiola is eager to bring him in now after an injury to Gabriel Jesus and City have held talks with Arsenal over a deal.
City are understood to have offered their Premier League rivals £20m, but the Gunners are seeking closer to £35m and want a replacement in first.
