The latest travel news ahead of our game against Leicester…


There are no planned closures on the Tube network or on London Overground services.

We advise you check the TFL website prior to travelling.

National Rail

On Thameslink services, between 9am and 8pm, a reduced service will operate between City Thameslink and Bedford.

Trains between St Albans and Sutton via Wimbledon will run between London Blackfriars and Sutton via Wimbledon only. Customers should use alternative Thameslink services between St Albans and London Blackfriars.

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction from 8pm on Saturday until the end of the day on Sunday, closing some lines. On Saturday trains will not run between Shepherds Bush and Milton Keynes Central.

Major improvement work is taking place between London Charing Cross/London Cannon Street and London Bridge, closing all lines.

There will be no trains between London Charing Cross/London Cannon Street and London Bridge.

All London Cannon Street and London Charing Cross services will be either cancelled or diverted to start/terminate at London Victoria, London Bridge or London Blackfriars.

If using National Rail services, we recommend you use the National Rail journey planner before you travel.  

The roads

If travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea’s Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.

We recommend you check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.
