When is the Grand National 2019 and how you can get tickets

Thousands of people descended on Aintree racecourse for this year’s Grand National Festival.

But, if you were unfortunate not to get tickets, the dates for the 2019 Grand National have been announced and racegoers at Aintree can look forward to next year’s three days of fantastic racing.

The Grand National festival 2019 will take place at Aintree from Thursday, April 4 to Saturday, April 6, with another impressive Grand Opening Day, Ladies Day and the Grand National day itself in store.

In previous years, tickets have gone on sale August 1 at The Jockey Club .

Here are the key dates for the 2019 Grand National Festival and the races you can look forward to watching over the next three day meeting.

Thursday, April 4 – Grand National Thursday

Day one of the Grand National Festival features the Aintree Hurdle.

2.20pm Doom Bad Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle 2m 1f
