A 32-year-old man was charged with possession of a prohibited firearm and carrying a firearm without a license after a traffic stop at 6:49 p.m. April 12 on the 200 block of Cumberland Street.
Christopher Druckenmiller, of Denver, is accused of possessing a firearm concealed in his vehicle and is a person not able to possess a firearm due to a previous criminal conviction.
Druckenmiller was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking and arraigned before magisterial district judge Anthony Verna and incarcerated at Lebanon County jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
DUI: Baruc Ortiz-Ramos, 37, of Lancaster, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a single-vehicle accident at 1:10 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Quentin Road and Duke Street. Ortiz refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before judge Anthony Verna and incarcerated in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Crash: A two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Elizabethtown and Colebrook roads on Friday led to minor injuries for both drivers. Edward Richard, 39, of Palmyra was traveling east on Colebrook Road and attempted to enter the intersection when it was not safe to do so, and struck the driver’s side of a vehicle traveling south on Elizabethtown Road driven by Dale Shenk, of East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, police said.
After impact, both vehicles came to rest in the northbouind lane of Elizabethtown Road. Richard’s vehicle sustained disabling driver’s side damage and Shenk’s vehicle sustained disabling front bumper damage as a result of the crash. Both drivers reported minor injuries and were wearing seat belts. Assisting state police on the scene were Life Lion EMS, Campbelltown Fire Department, Lawn Ambulance and Dailey’s Towing Co.
Crash: Paul Lambert, Jr., 56, of Lebanon was charged after a vehicle accident in which his struck the vehicle operated by Eric Kline, 31, of Annville, and then fled the scene, North Londonderry Township police said. The incident took place March 2 at the intersection of Main Street and Apple Blossom Lane. Lambert was charged with careless driving, failing to give information or render aid, and an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle or property/required financial responsibility.
Soliciting: Sharon D. Cipriano, 46, of Lebanon, was cited for violating the North Cornwall Township Soliciting Ordinance for asking people for cash to pay for gas, North Cornwall police report. The incident took place at the Sheetz station on Quentin Road at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Cipriano was also cited for operating a vehicle without official certificate of inspection and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
