Loris Karius 7
May as well have not been there for the most part. Punched the ball a few times, caught it, kicked it. Then made a great save to deny Gosling late on.
Trent Alexander-Arnold 8
Tested Begovic with a first-half free-kick, and put in a few fine, teasing crosses before his brilliant pass from the right created Salah’s excellent header.
Virgil van Dijk 7
All a bit easy for the Dutchman, who restricted Defoe to very little. Got bored and had a shot from range after the break. Treated Anfield to the rare sight of him making a partial slide challenge.
Dejan Lovren 7
A couple of good covering challenges when Bournemouth threatened first half and was lucky to escape injury when pushed into Karius by Defoe. However, his substitution could be a blow.
Andy Robertson 7
Kept the dangerous Fraser in check and was always eager to get forward and help the attack. Like so many of his team-mates, playing with such confidence.
Jordan Henderson 9
Put in a good cross for the opener, another fine pass sent Mane away and sprayed the ball around with real authority, as well as covering ground and making challenges. Even did a backheel. Fantastic.
Gini Wijnaldum 7
Back in a more advanced role, kept Liverpool on the front foot and helped out defensively when required. Really got around the pitch and used the ball well.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 8
A couple of great slide tackles and lung-busting runs early on set the tone for an impressive display. Distribution very good and engine superb, and was only missing a goal for his efforts. Assisted Firmino’s third.
Mohamed Salah 8
Only the final touch was lacking during another dangerous first half display, with the Bournemouth defending often last ditch. Could have had a penalty, and then notched a truly brilliant header for his 40 goal of the season.
Roberto Firmino 8
Led the line with usual energy and didn’t give Bournemouth a moment’s peace. His neatly-taken goal for Liverpool’s third just about atoned for his miss a bit earlier. What was that, Bobby?!?
Sadio Mane 8
Slammed home the opener at the second attempt and was a threat whenever in possession, either with his pace off the mark or box of tricks. Quieter second half, but job was done.
Liverpool 3-0 Bournemouth
James Milner (for Mane 77)
Ragnar Klavan (for Lovren 83)
Dominic Solanke (for Firmino 90)
