Limited-edition art print features the series fave in traditional style
Re:ZERO fave Rem has taken her own trip to another world — and the results are beautiful.
The new ukiyo-e print depicts Rem in a traditional pattern decorated with a morning star pattern, evocative of her weapon of choice. Character designer Kyuta Sakai created the original art piece. The art was then transformed into a traditional wood block print by artisans Kayoko Suga and Kyoko Hirai.
The print is limited to a run of 100, costing 50,000 yen plus tax each. Reservations will be held online from March 26 to May 6 at the Kadokawa Store, but attendees of AnimeJapan 2018 can put in an early reservation during the event March 24-25 at the Kadokawa booth.
