First National Bank (FNB) business banking clients are reporting that their online banking services are not working.
Some clients are receiving an error message stating that FNB Online Banking Enterprise and the forgotten password function are not currently available. The bank said it is aware of the issue, and staff are attending to the problem.
A similar message is also being played to clients who phone the bank’s call centre.
Down Detector confirms that there was an increase in the number of FNB problems reported from around 12:00 today.
